What we collect

Public listing pages republish names, addresses, and phones that already appear in Niagara open data, Hamilton open data, or OpenStreetMap. We do not scrape emails out of OSM, and we do not add phone numbers we did not already store.

Claim, Featured, and website-quote forms collect the fields you type plus the time and IP address of your express CASL consent. That record stays in the local database so we can show we had consent. Featured is labelled advertising at $29 CAD per month or $249 per year. The form is an inbound request — Stripe is not connected, and nothing is charged until Jordan invoices you. Website-status flags

If a listing already had a website URL, we may request that URL (with SSRF protections) to classify it for an internal sales queue. Those flags — none, social-only, dead, parked, weak — are never printed on public cards as a shame label.
